i am trying to change these number
(102321104 161723164 31 435531432320732272114) into text. what code breaking or cipher method would you suggest me to use to figure this out? or how could I figure this out, Thanks

1. What exactly is the context? Where did you find this code and were there any hints given?
2. Do you know if one number = one letter?
3. Do you know if the spaces indicate spaces between words? If so, the last word looks like one of those ridiculous German compound words.
