Well I work out the code, clicked on the 4 and the small window opened. It came up with required username and password. Put the answer in the password box and nothing. What do I do? Is it cap sensitive or something??? I even tried logging in just in case it was an actual log in to get past first but still nothing...

Yes! All in lowercase.

Don't forget that the username is "cipher", as mentioned.
