I still didn't it. I try to click the link in the source and it redirect me to a new fold and pop up the verification window. I tried the password with the answer of 35-37, none of them worked. I just wanna know how to get rid of the annoying verification and keep on my riddle... Thanks!

you need a new password which is the answer to the level 48.

Yeah, i know the level is about t***** m******s on the phone. i do as the title tells me and at last found 9 n*****s... i use them to form a phrase but it's not the answer. Am I right?
p.s. is the username in the box still 'cipher'?

What you have to find are letters (of course).
