Wow this level took me so long. I stumbled on the decoder via a book I was reading (coincidence?) but I still can't find a connection from the decoder to the title...

If you found the right decoder, pay no attention to the question anymore and solve the gibberish letters with the key.

Yes it takes me to a [spoiler] and i know what i am going to so with the [spoiler] but dont know how to decode it as i guess the title hint gives you the decoder but i am stuck and have tried everythingrnightshroud wrote:Start at what you see in the picture.
