I had got the letters from the years and Chinese tradition.
But how to get the order of these fiver letters.

OK there is a spoiler written in Chinese...... (which could not be translated to english by google, and saved me a LOT of time figuring that out). But besides that, nothing.
So good luck GM...... I think I have got the clue.
Some sort of hint for those who stuck at anagrams: do not use beef when you actually mean steak..
