I had thought about looking exactly there!!! But turned out I didn't! Until I found the *blahblahblah*... Now I do feel stupid for not being observant enough.

Hi, I found a hint on 10 100 it's actually [spoiler] got it's name. I also found weird spoiler I dunno if it has something to do with the level. but if I try to search something on it this picture shows http://prntscr.com/3w2j2 please help.

I searched google if why is this showing, it either my computer is sending auto queries over their servers and stuffs which I don't have any idea about it. I really not able to finish this level because the best clue (s****g*****)i got is blocked by google.

Sorry, even if the screenshot works for you, the link is broken on my side.
Still not sure what you're talking about with auto queries and Google blocking it...this level can be solved without ever leaving the site.
