I have decode the txt but directly changing the file format doesn't work. I got totally messed up.

Sadly, this level can be quite annoying to decode.

i've converted into txt containing exif information... but how can i find the answer of this level...? any hints?

You need a decoder that can decode to something a little more visual than plain text.

please give me some hints ...
I dont know how to figure out from the pic,
why most of the replies say that it associates with a geek's common sense ???
how to decode the pic about zodiac signs???

They are not zodiac signs...
You probably have seen something like that on your computer.

There are no "signals..." and they aren't meant to be taken individually. It's a simple code that can't be picked apart for what the symbols mean.
