Here it's working fine... if not, try using a different site.

I don't really get the GIF part ? I am supposed to turn the image into ASCII ? Animate it or what ?

I seriously need help in this level. I still don't get what "GIF me something else" means even after I've read all the previous comments. I do know what GIF means but I don't know how to make it with just one picture. Please help me.

It's simple: you need another one.
