i have no idea about color hexing T_T. I may know some codes in hex but only basic colors, but here in the hints given i think they are pretty advanced that even i look in some hex color table i can't really find the answer i was looking for T_T. Once again i say, Am i on the right track right now?...

im pretty stuck on lvl 9..i dont know what to find.. or if i need to find something.. i dont know what note are they trying to find in this level.. i tried to look for the source but its just like the same with the other source.. - a reply would be helpfull.. Find what's wrong with this level. yeah...
