a little hint on this level please? a really just can't understand what is the meaning of that sound, or is it just it really is the answer, maybe if i am wrong, i think the answer is the caption which is "retsaf klat...uoy raeh t'nac i" or the words "puyrruh"? just a little hint...

i've just started this game just a few hours ago. And i really liked it, but the consequence is that i cannot answer it fluently and it take me 3 hours to finish 10 levels, and currently i am now on my 11th level. A little help please on this level, i just cant really get it.
