Cipher

Stuck here in level 10. but got it soon! I noticed the different color of the all 6 letters. I was thinking the sort order maybe from dark to light or the reverse. And if it was wrong, I also tried to change 'w' to another letter according to the hint HEXed. But all those doesn't work. >>>>>>>>>>>>>...
