i know, that why i refered to the repeating elements (some twice, some 3x)
So there are missing elements as well.
Dont know which to use and how...
I came up with someting, but not correct. (I can pm you what I found, but i don't know if it's relevant.)

I even used photoshop to try to illuminate the darkness in the picture, but i didn't found a clue...
