where should i start on this one? i tried to answer that question on the title on both language, but still i ended up with nothing... am i missing something? pls help....

level 28 is killing my brain cells..... should i get decimal places in those equations, i already tried different method and still i ended up with nothing familiar..... help me gamemaster
